By participating in Mardi Gras in Memphis events or activities, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. This agreement applies to all individuals, groups, or organizations registering for participation, sponsorship, or attendance.

2. Registration and Payment

  • All registrations must be completed online at www.mardigrasinmemphis.com.

  • Payments are due in full upon registration unless otherwise specified.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of payment to be eligible for a refund.

  • After 24 hours, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • All refund inquiries must be directed to info@mardigrasinmemphis.com.

4. Participation Requirements

  • All participants, including bands, dance teams, step teams, and other groups, must adhere to the guidelines and timelines provided by the event organizers.

  • Participants must ensure their performances and attire align with the family-friendly nature of the event.

5. Liability

  • The organizers of Mardi Gras in Memphis are not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss during the event.

  • Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mardi Gras in Memphis and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation.

6. Event Changes

  • The organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule, venue, or activities due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Participants will be notified promptly of any changes.
